![]() ![]() ![]() Instead of either carrying over real world ammunition and saying that it doesn't diverge from the real world they went and made a couple oddball weapons and calibers and didn't really flesh that part of the story out. But then again, there's a lot of weird inconsistencies in the game lore regarding weapons as is, much of it seems to be because in Fallout 1 & 2 they just went with "cool guns of the 90's" rechambered for whatever ammunition they thought sounded cool. What I meant that the 5.56x45mm wasn't adopted by the Fallout Universe militaries is because the 5mm seems to be the more "popular" round for their assault rifles in many of the games ranging from Fallout 1 - Fallout New Vegas. ![]() The two weapons should fire either a 7.62x39mm or a 5.45x39mm for the Chinese AR and 7.62x51mm for the R91.
